All of this stuff made me so stressed...that I want to cry.

The worst thing to is to bottle up your emotions. It will lead to stress and in some cases depression. I am here if you feel that you need to talk to someone though it is best to speak to your family.

I'm sorry about the cat...pet loss is actually quite serious...Family problems too, I hope you will share some of your problems with us, so we can help. But, I send good wishes your way, and know that you will eventually overcome your depression. Talking to your friends should help your external depression, but what do you think will help your internal? I suggest doing something you enjoy, or will bring you happy memories?

There's not a thing wrong with crying I've cried many times, communicating with a very close friend can help you through it is very helpful
Ive been so stressed in these days lately.. school..friends...my favourite cat that died... family problems...
All of this stuff made me so stressed.. I want to cry.
And find something positive out of the situation there is always a good it takes time to find it though and sometimes it's been right in your face all the time if that makes any sense to you
