I am pretty new to this game and I have one piece of feedback from blitz players point of perspective. The turret control which requires constant swiping rather than a mechanic similar to the directional pad where you just hold your thumb in a direction.

Blitz is going through some major changes now and lot of players have left or are considering leaving. I think this game could satisfy their desire to play a great tank game but the turret control thing is a bit of a stumbling block.. now, I have already gotten used to it and have no problems but it took a couple of days practicing.

So, this is just feedback that this small difference is a pretty noticeable feature that might not feel inviting to Blitz and ex-blitz players.

I have my aiming sensitivity all the way up. That way, swiping across half the screen turns the turret 180 degrees. Virtual joysticks (joysticks in general, really) are imprecise for aiming, it's easy to overcompensate and throw your aim way off. When you get used to swiping, it's more like using a mouse.

I understand you are having problems with tanktastic controls, but the controls have been used for many years, players don't normally complain when they take to consider that this is not blitz, it's a completely different game with a completely different community.

There might be a option in the future to change the way you use your turret, but for now it's the smallest considered suggestion.

.Wow, yeah, I guess with the major dumpiness of blitz, tanktastic could potentially get a ton of new players, especially with the upcoming update.

I really wouldn't like the idea of using a "joystick" or "d-pad" to control the turret. You'd be stuck at a constant speed and it wouldn't be as accurate. Also..I think it wouldn't be as great for reactions because, currently, the whole right sdie of the screen can be used to control the turret. With a joystick or d pad, you'd be limited..even if you can make it larger or smaller.

Since we have implemented automatic shot to allow continuous shooting with simultaneous correction of the aiming point, there are a number of technical problems in the implementation of the proposal. We will consider the proposal, but I can't guarantee its implementation. At the moment the speed of the camera is adjustable in the game settings "sensitivity-guided".

I have been playing quite a bit.. I deleted blitz for a lot of reasons that have been building over time. The latest update was just the nail in the coffin for me.

I understand the game has been the way it is for a long time. Also, I have become comfortable with the swiping for moving my turret. Upon further thought on my feedback Imwould say just leave it the way it is. If Ex- Blitz players can't take a few days to get used to it, they won't be sticking around for long anyway.

I have been running streams of the game on Mobcrush and some interest is building Ming my followers. They see me laughing and having fun yolo''ing my way across the battlefield. Several of them are playing now and I hope more will follow.

Thank you for your suggestion, Str8UpJack; remember that your feedback is valuable to us. However, as you maybe understand, not everything can be implemented right away. In addition to what Denis.tw stated above, this would require a completely rework of how the game is developed.

 

Should you have any other suggestions, you are welcome to create new topics.
