The Play Store differs from country to country. Maybe your country has Google Books but no Google Newsstand, however... The US Play Store has pretty much everything, but why? No, Google isn't biased. This is due to copyright issues, long explanation, just Google it yourself! However, there's a way to get past all that copyright stuff and get access to the true Play Store experience.

What you need:
Your device (duh)
VPN app (I'm using DroidVPN)
Not sure with this but you need a credit card registered to the US (dont need to go to the US, just lie about your country)

Steps

Install a VPN app that can tunnel to the US server

To be sure it works, check your IP address using an IP checker website

Force Close and clear the data of Play Store and Play Services (you won't loose anything)

Create a new Google account while VPN still on, your account will be registered as from the US

Open Play Store, agree to those T&C poop and switch to your new account

You should be able to see some new stuff, if so welcome to the US PS! DON'T turn off! We're not done

Open Play Music (download if you don't have)

Switch to your new account, look for the "Shop" button, close VPN before pressing

You should be redirected to the main page of the entire Play Store (not Music category) if you landed at Music, start over but you don't need to make another acc.

Exit, force close & clear data Play Store, Play Services, Play Music, Play Games, Books, Movies, Newstand if you have those.

Go back to Store and switch to your old account

You should be able to see the US Store, it will stay like that forever, or probably until you reboot.

NOTE: IT MAY NOT WORK ON THE FIRST TRY IT WILL TAKE MAYBE 3 TO 7 TRIES

That's pretty cool. On the appstore all you need to do is find the address and phone of some McDonald's in any country and change your info to that. (I switched mine to canada once so I could play Boom Beach early.) It only works if your Apple ID has no money associated with it. So, just like the playstore, you still need a usd credit card or gift card to buy anything that costs money in the US Appstore.

Proxy method

I found much easier way
My play store region is arabic region
It's easy in 3 steps

1. Get free America proxy. Search in Google or get one Here (Copy Proxy IP Address & memorize port)

2. Go to settings > WiFi. Hold your WiFi network and tap modify. Check Advanced settings option

3. Add proxy & port in Advanced settings

Done! It worked for me
