There are still some error in this info. For example, max lvl of Zulfiquar isn't correct (According to the PDF, max lvl of Zulfiquar is 52 but my not fully upgraded Zulfiquar is level 57)

Because that is the tank you start with dumb kid. Only the 19a and back where the only ones who had to buy it, but since this is a guide for newbyes and probably for mid-players, he assumed that they started on 1.20a to 1.22a.

I bough the Pershing not long ago, it was 640 coins

what randy said. plus the pershing doesnt have a cost FOR YOU. starter tanks depend on your region. as an example, while most people here got an m48 patton, i got a type 59 as my starter tank.
