Although I do love realisticness in a game, don't get me wrong, but they let the "arcade" element of the game take priority there. Let's be honest here; if tanks died in 2-3 shots guaranteed, it wouldn't make the game NEARLY as fun. If they added a more realistic simulator gamemode with the reloads of the tanks being much longer and only having one spawn, the damage being much more like real life would make more sense. Would they even add a simulator gamemode in the first place? Who knows, but that is what the proposals section is here for.
There are many games on the market out there who are arcade style and still keep the element of at least keep realism present. Not saying like Tanktastic isn't, because there are many things I feel proud of, but it would't hurt to make MTBs, specially 60-72, have Merkava reload and a buff on dame (between K1 and MSTA). Make critical shots, such as engine damage, fuel burning, cannon disabling,or track damage, more easily to be done and help players learn their tank's weak spots. Take a look at certain tanks. T-72A, the one we have in-game, had the beautiful side ammo storage, which was always destroyed by M1A1's APCR shooting front the front Armour. In-game, is all about luck, is very but very rare to ammo rack it with APCR or without it. I am Not requesting to force GHOR to pain off with this neither, but if GHOR wants to keep the critical damage up, they should keep the things real. Shooting a track with a HEAT shell and causing damage instead of just breaking the tank's tracks? Come on GHOR, you know there is nothing on tracks neither on the track 'knee caps' to inflict any damage to a tank, is physiologically impossible. If GHOR ever forgets all about new tanks, new maps, new things, and focus one update just focusing on making the game a bit more real, wouldn't that help?
