Congrats with the controller ol bean your gonna love it!

Step one: download moga pivot app off Google play then pair your device (will have a status bar pop up)

Step two: enter tanktastic and go to settings (cog icon in top right) in controls you press game pad.
Map out your controls as desired.

I've noticed a few small bugs with it tho.
1. First match you play the turret movement might be super slow. To fix it join a different game or leave and re-join.

Random freezes. Controls stop for a second. Just don't touch anything and it'll reconnect.

How do you make it fire. I can't get it to fire no matter how I map it.

Go into settings game pad settings restore to default and map out your controls how you want them. When I updated to A-19 I had to change mine a bit if it doesn't work then I'm not sure.

I think that you should try again. Even Dualshock3 can do that.

So I don't use a moga, but I have an xbox 360 controller. Works well.
My question is zooming, while in "shooting" mode. There is no specific button to map to a zoom feature, and using the touch-screen is less than ideal. Is there a certain control combination I overlooked that allows me to zoom in and out with the controller?

The closest I have found is once you select the zoom slider, driving forward and backwards will zoom in and out... not really liking that method.

idk, but I prefear using a PS3 controller rather than a xbox since ps3 you get to choose what part of the controller should control certain part. For example, R2for shooting L1 to Aim, Right stick to move, Left stick to move turret, and so on

Same for xbox controller; you get to map it. Weird thing on xbox is triggers dont do anything, but shoulder buttons do.
I have xbox 360, not ps3, so it is also a backup for that.

So you use your screen to zoom also?

no, I just customize what bottom should exercise on PS 3 controller, I don't use Xbox controller, since I don't have one since the "Ring of Death" happened to me 2 years ago
