but the basics of each tank
T54: has 100mm cannon, 120mm frontal hull armour and 205 turret armour, top speed of about 50 kmh.
ZTZ59: has 203mm of armour at thickest and 20mm at lowest, a 100mm gun, and able of about 50kmh.
ZTZ62: has 35mm hull armour and 50mm turret, 85mm cannon, and able of about 60kmh
ZTZ69B: 203mm armour, 105mm gun and about 50kmh
Although in game the T54 is level 16 180 health, 132 armour, 82 damage, and 65kmh even though it has the same size cannon as a ZTZ59 level 42, which does 209, relatively the same armour which the ZTZ59 has 237.3, and the T54 is much faster than the ZTZ59. (now the speed to me is useless and doesn't matter if it's 50 or 65...just im sure someone *cough* s3 who cares about the little tiny antennas might care)
ZTZ62 level 32 has 103 armour even though it has 1/4 of the T54s and does 145 damage with a weaker gun.(not even going to mess with the turret)
ZTZ69B which is a ZTZ59 upgraded to act as a T55 with T62 characteristics, level 46, 128 armour even though the ZTZ59 almost double that (I don't know how that makes any sense) and 235 damage (which for the year it was made would be about right compared to T62, Chieftain, M60...)
now the accuracy on each is decent but the ZTZ59 and ZTZ69B has the 100% accuracy when maxed which you can argue the ZTZ69B would be that accurate but how is it a 1958 ZTZ59 with T54 cannon has a 100% accuracy but a T90A3, T80, T90SMT, T14A, T72,T64, AMX40, AMX30, Leopard 2... doesn't even though they have cannons and sights far superior to a ZTZ59s

Thanks for enlightening us of this, Tanktastic is based upon an arcade perspective so some vehicles real life stats have been mixed and matched to different criteria's to make the games overall experience more fair and fun; so really the only reason the Chinese copies of the T54 and 55 are better than the Russian one is because the developers want new players to have a better experience and to have more possible tanks to unlock as well as allowing the player to go against tanks that were kind of based around its time period as the current T54 in game is based of the 'T54 Mod 1949' that would most likely not have ever been produced even close to the Chinese variants.
I will still forward this to Error 403, just to see if he wishes to respond to you.

I also want changes between the type 59 and type 62 to differentiate from each other possibly to addition of unique equipment on it for example more antennas, fuel tank on the rear, the machinr gun facing a different direction such as backwards, and so on and so forth

personally i prefer both a arcade and realistic approach or a "logical" approach where the devs balance the stats of a vehicle based on real life facts but are able to bend the rules a bit for certain stats to make it fair.

Since Tanktastic is based upon a arcade perspective on the vehicles in game the balancing has been done to make it an overall better experience for players alike, despite of that there is always some level of realism and physical changes to the vehicles will probably occur in a future update.

in my opinion, those tanks in the Chinese tech tree are accurately represented based on how many modifications were added to said tanks. The type 59 had been modified 30 years prior to make it more capable of fighting at that time and the in-game version reflects that
Agreed, they quite literally are represented quite well.

Maybe the developers will modify the models of the vehicles in a future update, their probably currently busy making drastic changes to the game as well as modelling new vehicles.
And don't forget how the changes from 1949 - Present date on the shells that were used, that's the only logical point I can give you about why the T-54 1949 in-game does less damage than the Chinese production simply because the shell types used were better modified.

Train just saying T34, T54, M48, M26, M60, T62, T64, and so on have been updated a few times as well, not to mention T34s, Panzer IVs, Su85 have been used by Islamic State to fight tanks like T62, T72, M60... but you don't see the T34 in level 30 rooms (granted the in game T34 is DT-5 only used in Korean war)Agreed, they quite literally are represented quite well.

Ender the earlier T44-100/54s were actually heavier armored than the Korean war models and the sights were very similar to a SU100 making it very accurate with AP (in comparison to a PT76 that was produced even before T54s with more unique sights was highly inaccurate with another ammo besides AP and unreliable with AP)

this game isn't balanced at all especially with the forced shotgun agenda by the devs and poorly stated vehicles for example a t-34/85 being way better than the tiger 1 or pershing, another example would be the IS-7 which it is obvious why it's unbalanced.Since Tanktastic is based upon a arcade perspective on the vehicles in game the balancing has been done to make it an overall better experience for players alike, despite of that there is always some level of realism and physical changes to the vehicles will probably occur in a future update.
Also the vehicle's variant history such as the type 59 should not be an excuse of why a vehicle may need an excessive amount of modifications based on the fact that the version ingame is the base standard model of the type 59 with the 100mm gun basically it should follow the same process of upgrading the gun of the t-54 ingame. If the devs wanted to make such a large amount of mods on the type 59 they should add new vehicles in game like what they did with the abrams and its TUSK

The upgraded ZTZ59 is the ZTZ69B, the light model of ZTZ59 is the ZTZ62, and ZTZ69B upgraded the ZTZ79 and from there to a slight extent the CCV-M Jaguar is based off a ZTZ59(really based off ZTZ79) so equablez they already are in game which is why I don't understand the ZTZ59 level and status because yes there was updates between a ZTZ59A and a ZTZ69B but ZTZ59 never have more armour than a ZTZ69 (only exception the ones that get stripped before being sold)...this game isn't balanced at all especially with the forced shotgun agenda by the devs and poorly stated vehicles for example a t-34/85 being way better than the tiger 1 or pershing, another example would be the IS-7 which it is obvious why it's unbalanced.

but to put in terms of understandable tanks it's like the T72MB in game and having the T72B3 added but the T72MB is same as in game and T72B3 level 66 but the B3 having 700 armour and 700 damage even though T72B3 is much more armoured than a early T72 and the B3 only really got new equipment for accuracy and speed so

As I said maybe one day the developers will see this post and take note, I'm not a genius in Chinese and Russian tank variants but clearly the developers did this for a reason; but from the time I've been playing Tanktastic I have noticed that upon upgrading a vehicle it clearly doesn't become another variant (The developers hope to apply variation in a future update) but for now tanks are quite literally being buffed upon being upgrading and not becoming a different production of the vehicle.
I wouldn't say I would go against the developers but clearly somethings are going to be a little off, all you can hope is that this would be taken note of.

There is no reason for these poor balance changes the only reason for these poor balance changes is because of neglect and pure assumptions from the developer's end. The devs DID plan on adding upgrades that changed the variants though it was scrapped and highly unlikely to come back. tanktastic.wikia.com/wiki/Variant_Modifications and this would seem unecessary as they already added variants of tanks as separate vehicles most notably The T-90MS, The Tusk II, The Challenger II Megatron (future update), and Leo2a7+(future update).

The Type 69b, Type 62, and Type 79 are based on elements of the Type 59 but they arent variants as they don't use the same chassis of the Type 59, But the Jaguar is based solely on the Type 59.The upgraded ZTZ59 is the ZTZ69B, the light model of ZTZ59 is the ZTZ62, and ZTZ69B upgraded the ZTZ79 and from there to a slight extent the CCV-M Jaguar is based off a ZTZ59(really based off ZTZ79) so equablez they already are in game which is why I don't understand the ZTZ59 level and status because yes there was updates between a ZTZ59A and a ZTZ69B but ZTZ59 never have more armour than a ZTZ69 (only exception the ones that get stripped before being sold)...
